At MySpareMarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your MySpareMarket account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the box to help our team process your request efficiently.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
